CAAVERI

CAAVERII is the story of a lady who strictly follows her intuition. Caaveri works as a School teacher in the commercial capital of India, MUMBAI. Mumbai is a fast paced city in India, with its own merits and de-merits. The underworld operating out of Mumbai takes-up the new idea of land grabbing and Caaveri's in-laws owned house becomes their target.

Her in-laws welcome Caaveri who gets married into a very orthodox family with their own values and sentiments and as she settles down with her new life she becomes the only witness to a murder and gets into a problem with the underworld dons. Caaveri with her upbringing by her parents practices what she preaches and teaches to all her students at school. She resorts to the police having witnessed the murder by the gangsters to bring them in front of the court of law to provide justice to the victim's family.

The lovable in-laws start to hate her for her open minded and her ideas about justice. She is derailed from her family by a plot conceived and orchestrated by the underworld don. She fights a lone war running away and resorting to help from wherever she can get and eventually ends-up in a mental asylum, as the court declares her insane.

Did the family regain the house that was grabbed by the dons, if yes at what cost? Did Caaveri start flowing again in life?
