JITHAN.
The story, which begins in a customary note, later turns into a crisp and interesting fare with many twists and turns. The film lay centered around Ramesh, who is in love with his neighbor, Pooja. Pooja looks very enthralling in some scenes. But, Ramesh is an uninteresting and foolish type of character. He is always the laughing stock in front of his friends and others. To add to this, he is disgraced once in front of everybody by his Lover's lover, played by Mukesh.
He could not stand the embarrassment and goes to the seashore and starts crying continuously in front of an ancient nondescript statue of a deity. Suddenly, to his amazement, the deity gets active and blesses him with an unique boon. The boon is that, Ramesh could become invisible at anytime, anywhere. Though this type of concept is far from truth, in films, everything happens and it could be condoned. Once he gets the power of invisibility, Ramesh gets into a different frame of mind and begins to seek vengeance on those who made fun of him including Mukesh and his not so good mother, played by Nalini. He goes to a bit extreme when he steals money from bank to get married to Pooja. This leads to a lot of trouble and then enters Sarathkumar as DSP. Sarathkumar has acted in a cameo role in the film. Ramesh gets into a state of getting almost mad and creates confusion all over the city. The rest of the story depicts the consequences of his deeds and the efforts of the DSP. The climax is interesting.
