Every parent wants his or her child to lead a happy life. So did Vishwanathan Raju and Kamakshi. But, did their dreams come true is the question that ‘Rajugari Koothurlu’ attempts to answer. It is a powerful portrayal, which revolves around the lives of four sisters Padma, Sridevi, Sandhya and Pavithra. Each character explores human relationships and drifts into a nostalgic reminiscence of those irretrievable days of life that they spent at their parents place.

So what is it that makes the present only memories of the past? Do relationships cause problems or relationships themselves are problems? Is it a struggle between social conditioning and radical thinking? Is it a question of stoicism or the grit to fight over?

But the women see the light at the end of the tunnel when they learn from their experiences that in a struggle, there is no victory or defeat; instead, to struggle itself is a victory.
